"When we first met her, she allowed us to explain our situation and patiently listened to our concerns. My family had a very bad loan and needed to sell our home as soon as possible. She lent a hand to estimate the price of our house so that we can have a fair deal without losing our original down payment. Phyllis then went ahead and helped to make our home welcoming and inviting to future buyers. She advertised and held several open houses. By comparing our home with other houses in the vicinity, she assisted us in setting up a sound price that left us enough scope to bargain with buyers before hitting our base price. In a couple of weeks, our house was under agreement at a price similarly to our affirmed base price.
